Immerse yourself in a variety of acrylic mixed media techniques, with guidance from teaching artist Melissa Wildspring. Participants will each create a one of a kind 22" x 26" painting on canvas in an environment dedicated to activating creativity and fostering individual expression, with freedom of movement to work standing or sitting.

Melissa Wildspring has been playing with art materials since childhood, and began her teaching practice working with small children and their parents. Her creative process and approach to making art grew from early experiences of having the freedom to create in the moment, without the fear of making mistakes. Her goal in this workshop is to provide a container in which to experience the pure joy of artistic freedom, so that others may connect with their inner artist-child and make art that they feel truly connected to.
